Short version: Most people who trade lose money. The results on this site are real but not typical. We teach a process. We do not promise that you will make money, pass an evaluation, or get paid by a prop firm.

1. No earnings guarantee

Any figures on this website, in our videos, emails, social media, sales calls or community are examples only. They are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your results depend on your own effort, discipline, risk management, capital, market conditions and many factors outside our control. You may make no money, and you may lose money.

2. Student results are not typical

The student results shown (for example funded accounts, passed evaluations, evaluation account profits or screenshots shared in our chats) are individual outcomes of specific people. They are not typical and should not be treated as the average or expected result. We have not tracked the results of every person who has watched our content or joined our programs. Many students do not pass an evaluation during a program.

3. Screenshots and testimonials

Screenshots are shown as students shared them. Some may show evaluation, simulated or demo accounts rather than live capital. Testimonials reflect each person's own experience. Unless we state otherwise, students received no payment for their testimonials.

4. Trading risk

Trading futures, forex, stocks, options and other leveraged products carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose, and do not rely on trading income to cover essential living costs.

5. Hypothetical and simulated performance

CFTC Rule 4.41: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown. Backtests, replays and sim results we show fall into this category.

6. Prop firm evaluations and payouts

Passing an evaluation, receiving a funded account, account sizes, and any payout are controlled entirely by the prop firm under its own rules. Those rules can change at any time. KSB Trades does not control, and cannot guarantee, any prop firm's decision or payment. Funded accounts at most prop firms are simulated accounts. Payouts are made at the firm's discretion.

7. What "continues free until you pass" means

Where a program says coaching continues free if you haven't passed by week 12, this is a commitment to keep coaching you. It applies only if you meet every participation requirement: calls attended, journal submitted weekly, trades logged and rules followed. It is not a guarantee of any trading result, profit, timeline, funded account or payout, and it is not a refund.

8. Not financial advice

KSB Trades is a trading name of VEER TRANSPORTATION PTY LTD and provides education only. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and we do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Any information we provide is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Nothing we publish or say is personalized investment advice or a recommendation to trade any instrument. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

9. Your responsibility

By using this website or joining a program, you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and results, and you agree that KSB Trades is not liable for any losses you incur.
