Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any mentorship, coaching, community or content provided by VEER TRANSPORTATION PTY LTD (ABN [ABN]), a company registered in Australia and trading as KSB Trades ("KSB Trades", "we", "us"). By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use our services.

2. Educational services only

KSB Trades provides trading education and mentorship. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor, or a financial planner, and we do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Any information we provide is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We do not manage money, trade on your behalf, or provide trade signals. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.

3. Risk

Trading futures, forex, stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose some or all of the money you trade. Only trade capital you can afford to lose. See our Income Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

4. Applications and calls

Submitting an application or booking a call does not guarantee acceptance into any program. We may accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.

5. Program terms, fees and payment

The specific inclusions, price, payment schedule and duration of a program are set out in the offer or agreement presented to you at enrollment. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. Fees are due as stated at checkout. If a payment plan is offered, missed payments may result in suspended access.

6. Continued-coaching commitment

Where your program includes a commitment to continue coaching until you pass an evaluation, that commitment applies only if you meet every participation requirement during the program: attending scheduled calls, submitting your journal weekly, logging your trades, and following the program's trading rules. The commitment is limited to continued coaching and program access. It is not a guarantee of any trading result, profit, timeline, funded account or payout. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Prop firms and evaluation accounts

We may recommend a proprietary trading firm and, where your program includes it, pay for an evaluation account for you. We are not affiliated with any prop firm unless we clearly state otherwise. Prop firms set their own rules. Only the prop firm decides whether you pass an evaluation, receive a funded account, or receive a payout. We are not responsible for any prop firm's decisions, rule changes, account closures or payment practices.

8. Intellectual property

All program materials, including videos, checklists, documents, live sessions and community content, are owned by KSB Trades or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own education. You may not copy, resell, share logins, record or redistribute them without our written permission.

9. Community conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, spam, promoting other paid services, sharing signals for payment, or posting illegal content may result in removal without refund.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, and to the fullest extent the law allows, KSB Trades and its owners, staff and contractors will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify KSB Trades against claims arising from your trading, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of our materials.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state and the Commonwealth of Australia, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the site or services after changes means you accept them.
