This Privacy Policy explains how VEER TRANSPORTATION PTY LTD (ABN [ABN]), trading as KSB Trades ("KSB Trades", "we", "us"), an Australian company, collects, uses and protects your information when you visit this website, submit an application, or book a call with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you submit in our application form (for example your trading experience, evaluation history and goals).
Booking information: the date, time and details of any call you schedule.
Marketing source data: UTM parameters and click identifiers in the link you used to reach us (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, gclid). We store these in your browser's session storage and pass them with your application so we know which content brought you here.
Technical data: standard log data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising tools we use.

To review your application and decide whether the mentorship is a fit
To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls
To deliver the mentorship if you enroll
To send you emails about your application, your call and our programs (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To measure which content and campaigns work, and to improve this website
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

3. Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run this website and our business. They process data on our behalf. These may include: Netlify (hosting), Typeform (application form), our scheduling tool, our email provider, Vidalytics and/or Wistia (video hosting and analytics), payment processors such as Whop, and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta, Google and YouTube. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses session storage to remember your UTM parameters while you browse. Our video, form and analytics providers may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work if you do.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

6. Retention

We keep application and booking data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email kunwar@ksbtrades.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you have a privacy complaint, email us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

8. International transfers

We are based in Australia, and our providers may store or process data overseas, including in the United States and the EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

This website and our programs are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
